Any customer suspected or determined by Spree, in its sole discretion, to be abusing, exploiting, or attempting to manipulate the Promotion, the games, the entry process, or any related systems (including through bots, scripts, collusion, multiple accounts, VPN/proxy circumvention, fraudulent activity, or other prohibited conduct) may be disqualified. In such event, any rewards and/or prizes (including SC) may be forfeited, entries may be deemed void, and Spree may suspend, restrict, or close the customer’s account and participation in this and future promotions, in its absolute discretion, and subject to applicable law.
Spree reserves the right, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, to modify, suspend, extend, or cancel the Promotion (in whole or in part) at any time, including but not limited to where required by law, where fraud or technical issues impair the integrity of the Promotion, in our sole discretion, or where changes are necessary to ensure fair or lawful operation.
In the event of technical failure, unavailability, error of any kind, fraud, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond Spree’s reasonable control, Spree may, in its sole discretion and subject to applicable law, substitute, remove, replace, or change any reward or prize (or portion thereof) with a reward or prize of comparable type, as determined in its discretion, or cancel the affected reward/prize distribution.
The availability of games and/or rewards may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions. The Promotion is not available to participants located in jurisdictions where such participation is prohibited or restricted, and Spree may geo-block, restrict access, or disqualify participants as necessary to comply with applicable law and platform policies.
This Promotion and all participation are subject to and governed by Spree’s Terms of Service and Sweepstakes Rules, each as may be updated from time to time, which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Promotion Terms and the Terms of Service or Sweepstakes Rules, the Terms of Service and/or Sweepstakes Rules (as applicable) shall control to the extent of the conflict, subject to applicable law.
