1010SC SCRATCH OFF RULES

The (“Scratch-Off”) will only be awarded as a free purchase benefit to registered (“Player(s)”) on Spree.com.

The Scratch-Off is personal to the Player who received it via email, popup, or in the shop as a free purchase benefit.

Scratch-Offs will be available to new and existing Players.

Each Scratch-Off can only be used once.

Players can choose to scratch the Scratch-Off immediately upon receipt as a free purchase benefit or save it for later.

A Scratch-Off will remain available for 60 Minutes after selecting “No thanks, later”. If not used within this period, it will expire and cannot be played.

Scratch-Offs can be found in the main menu if a Player chooses to use them later.

Players must have a stable internet connection. If a Scratch-Off is lost due to connection issues, it will not be reissued. Any Spree Coins and Gold Coins prizes will be awarded automatically after each Scratch-Off has been scratched.

Spree will endeavour to ensure any prizes are added to the Players’ account immediately after scratching their card. However, in certain circumstances, it may take longer.

Scratch-Offs cannot be exchanged or converted into Spree Coins or Gold Coins. By scratching the Scratch-Off, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the general terms of service of http://spree.com.

If a Player receives more than one Scratch-Off due to a system error, Spree reserves the right to void any additional cards beyond the intended allocation.

If a Scratch-Off is used multiple times due to system lag or a duplicate request, only the first recorded use will be considered valid.

If an incorrect prize is awarded due to a bug or system error, Spree reserves the right to correct or remove the prize from the Player's account. Any correction, removal or voidance, will be at Spree’s sole discretion, whether pre or post credit to a Player’s account without any obligation to notify the Player of any change, correction, error, or voidance.

Scratch-Offs may not be available in certain regions due to legal restrictions. It is the Player's responsibility to ensure they are eligible to participate.

Spree reserves the right to modify or terminate the Scratch-Offs or any related promotion at any time without prior notice.
